1. Who we are

Techi Commerce ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Techi Venture, registered in Bangladesh, with its office at Level 6, House 613, Road 9, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Service

Techi Commerce provides subscription-based software for running an online store — storefront hosting, product and inventory management, order processing, point of sale, and related tools. Feature limits depend on the plan you choose, as shown on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

4. Subscription, billing & payment

• Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The amount due for your selected plan and interval is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners (including SSLCommerz and bKash). We do not store your full card details.
• Before completing payment you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in the Return & Refund Policy. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to sell unlawful goods or services, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. You are responsible for the products, content, and customer data in your store and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

6. Third-party services

Any third-party integration, script, or advertisement you add to your store is your responsibility, including any sharing of customer information it involves. Techi Commerce does not place third-party advertising on your store.

7. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Support is available by email at [email protected].

8. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are required to act against by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the application. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
