You bring merchants onto Techi Commerce and help them get started. In return you earn a recurring share of what every active shop pays — 15% to 30% of their subscription, every billing cycle, paid to your bKash or bank account monthly, for as long as they keep selling with us.

The platform you’ll be reselling, one piece at a time
Techi Commerce is software that gives a shop owner an online shop and helps them run it — without hiring a developer or juggling five different apps. Here’s what it actually does:
- 1A working online shop, in minutes. The owner picks a design, adds their products and prices, and it’s live — no coding, no designer needed.
- 2Every order tracked automatically. From the moment a customer buys, to packing, to the courier picking it up, to delivery — the owner can always see where it stands.
- 3Stock that keeps itself honest. When something sells, the count goes down automatically, so the owner never sells something they don’t actually have.
- 4Payments the way people here actually pay. bKash, cash on delivery, cards — whatever’s easiest for the customer.
- 5The books, done automatically. Sales, expenses, profit — real numbers, without hiring an accountant.
So, what do you actually do, as a reseller?
You find shop owners — people already selling somewhere, or wanting to start — and show them Techi Commerce. You help them get set up: adding their products, picking a plan, learning the basics. Once they’re set up and paying for a plan, you keep earning a share of what they pay, every month, for as long as they stay a customer. It’s not a one-time sale — it’s a recurring income you build, one shop at a time.
Commission rate
Your rate rises with the number of active paid shops you carry
Your band is set by how many of your shops are on a paid plan right now. Cross into a higher band and the new rate applies to your whole portfolio — not just the next shop.
What you earn per shop

No order commission on these plans — only the subscription. Yearly prepays release your share monthly. Upgrades raise your cut. Custom / Enterprise plans count too, at the agreed monthly price.

Monthly percentage = your band rate applied to each plan’s shops (here 30% at the 51+ band). The total is the sum of those shares — not the full amount the shops pay.
≈ ৳358,000 a year in recurring commission, on top of anything you charge a shop for setup and onboarding.
The rules, plainly
Earns you commission
- Any shop you onboard on a paid plan — Starter, Growth, Scale, or a custom / Enterprise plan
- Every billing cycle they stay active and paid
- Plan upgrades — your share rises with their plan
- As long as the shop is live and you are an active partner
Does not earn
- Free-plan shops — no commission unless and until they move to a paid plan
- Shops that already existed before your referral
- Any month a shop is past due or drops back to Free
- Cancellations or refunds within 60 days — that commission is reversed
Payout terms
- Attribution
- Locked to you when the shop signs up with your partner link or code. Set once, at signup — no backdated claims.
- Schedule
- Paid monthly, around the 10th, for the previous month’s active shops.
- Minimum
- ৳2,000 balance to release a payout. Anything below that rolls over to the next month.
- Method
- bKash or bank transfer, in BDT.
- Clawback
- Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations inside 60 days reverse the related commission.
- Staying active
- Onboard at least one paid shop each quarter to keep your recurring rate. Miss a quarter and the rate steps down one band, with a 10% floor.
Your own service fee
Setup, migration, and training are yours to keep
Whatever you invoice a shop for getting them live is 100% yours. It is separate from this program — the commission above is on top.
How to join

- 2Share your link. Every shop that signs up through it is tagged to you automatically.
- 3Get paid. Track your active shops and balance; payouts land in your account each month.
